Help! I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but didn’t receive it.Updated a year ago

Happy Birthday, Curlfriend, and thank you for including us in your celebration! To receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birth date at least 30 days prior to your big day. 

If your birthday falls between the day you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days from the date you registered. This delay applies only for the first year you signed up. All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your actual birthday.

If you register your birthday any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until your next birthday, the following year.
