Why did I receive an error message when referring friends through the email referral box?Updated a year ago
A couple of things may have triggered the error message: There may have been a typo in one of the email addresses you entered, or you may have forgotten to put commas between multiple email addresses to separate them.
To rule out either scenario above, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each rather than uploading them all at once.
If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend you use your unique referral link instead or else share the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit.
