Domestic Shipping Policy
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order packed and ready to ship. The email will contain shipment details, a tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site. To track an order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. Customers who have registered at Ouidad.com can also track orders by logging in to the My Account area of the website. You may also contact Ouidad’s Customer Service to track your order.
Once you submit your international order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number from GlobalShopex.
