How do I create an account?

Click on https://www.ouidad.com/customer/account/create/

How do I add or update my billing/shipping info?

Log into your account and click on your name at the top right hand corner. Click my account Click “address book” Add edit or delete your address. You can also set an address as your default.

How do I change my email?

Log into your account and click on your name at the top right hand corner.  Click my account Click “account information” from the menu on the left side Type in your new email address and click save.

How do I change my password?

Log into your account. Click my account on the top right hand corner. Click “account information” from the menu on the left side Select “change password” to set up a new password.

How do I reset my password?

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

You can unsubscribe from emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of any email you receive from Ouidad. Alternatively, you can follow the steps below to do so from your account. Log into your account and click on your name at the top

How do I place an order?

How do I change or cancel an order?

How can I track my order?
