My product needs have changed—how can I skip a delivery?Updated a year ago
Our subscription program is flexible so you can customize your orders anytime! To skip a delivery, log in to your account, visit the “Subscriptions” page, and click on the “Delivery Schedule” tab to see your upcoming deliveries. Find the one you want to skip and click “Skip.” If you change your mind and would like to receive the skipped shipment, simply click “Unskip”.
Note: Order updates must be made at least 48 hours prior to the planned shipment date. If a delivery is skipped within 48 hours of the originally scheduled ship date, that pending order will be billed and shipped, with the subsequent order skipped.
