Ouidad.com offers a 40-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all its products. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your product as described below within 40 days of the original order date.

* Ouidad is not responsible for return shipping fees.

Products purchased from any of our salon or retail partners should be returned to the place of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Orders placed before July 18. 2022

For orders placed July 18, 2022, or later

Please submit a return request via our return portal: https://returns.ouidad.com/. 
Ouidad will provide a return shipping label for the return via our returns portal via FedEx. We charge a return handling fee of $5.99 which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to receive a store credit, there is no return handling fee. 

Properly package your return to prevent damage in transit. Use the original Ouidad packaging if available, and include a copy of your packing slip.
