Ouidad.com offers a 30-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all its products. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your product as described below within 30 days of the original order date.

Products purchased from any of our salon or retail partners should be returned to the place of purchase.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

We’ve extended our return window for the holidays! Orders delivered between November 16–December 31, 2025 qualify for our extended 45-day holiday return window, giving you extra time to shop and gift with confidence.

Orders delivered before November 16, 2025 or after December 31, 2025 will follow our standard 30-day return policy above.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Please submit a return request via our return portal: https://returns.ouidad.com/. 
Ouidad will provide a return shipping label for the return via our returns portal via FedEx. We charge a return handling fee of $5.99 which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to receive a store credit, there is no return handling fee. 

Properly package your return to prevent damage in transit. Use the original Ouidad packaging if available, and include a copy of your packing slip. 

Non-refundable and promotional items will not be accepted for a refund.
