Please submit a return request via our return portal: https://returns.ouidad.com/. 
Ouidad will provide a return shipping label for the return via our returns portal via FedEx. We charge a return handling fee of $5.99 which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return for store credit, there is no return handling fee. 

Properly package your return within 40 days from the order date to prevent damage in transit. Use the original Ouidad packaging if available. Include a copy of your invoice.
