Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?Updated 2 years ago

First, note that points for purchases are added to your account once your order ships, not when you first place the order. Please allow 1-2 business days from the date you placed your order for our warehouse to process and ship it—and for your rewards points to be added to your account.

If your order already shipped, then double-check you were signed into your Ouidad.com account when you placed your order and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. But don’t worry: if you forgot to log in, just contact us at [email protected] or 800-677-4247 on weekdays between 9 am-5 pm ET.

Finally, you won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
